Migration and Update of the Telephony and Contact Center Platform

Sermicro carried out the migration and updating project of the telephone platform and the Contact Center of Hospital São Bernardo.


The aim of this project is to provide a voice communication solution innovative, with the functionality, robustness and scalability needed to meet the requirements of patients, users and hospital workers.

For the optimal execution of this project, an analysis service of the infrastructure already installed is carried out, as well as the verification of the compatibility of the applications implemented by third parties, in order to guarantee that the transition is totally viable and without causing damage to the continuity of the business.
In addition to the supply of the necessary infrastructure (Hardware and Software), professional services are provided for the installation, configuration, parameterization and migration of the new platform, as well as the necessary training for the hospital staff.
The project is completed with maintenance services for the equipment provided, including parts warranty management and troubleshooting assistance.
